After Claiming that wrong item received,the Ebay Claim Adjuster told me to send the wrong product to the seller and provide them the POD copy and they will refund the money as a coupon within 7-10days!
The Claim approved & closed as on 21st July,2016. Still today i am not received the reshipment charged coupon.
The customer executive told me to wait 7-10days again and again with fake commitment . As per the escalation request number
1-81723896072 & 1-82489206199 the maximum timeline date is over which is 13/08/2016 which is written there but still i am not received the coupon worth
Rs.480.
Ebay just eat the money.
