Republic day gift

Sir/Madam,
I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Note on 27 Jan 12 and made a card payment of 34990/-. I understood that I am elegible for Republic day gift from Ebay. However when i tried to claim the gift on 08 Feb 12 i was told I am not authorized for the gift. Even your executive on telephone was quite BLUNT in telling me that I am not elegible for the gift. I fail to understand how entering a code during purchase makes me eligible for the gift otherwise not. If you actually intend to delight your customers, these issues should not matter. I expected better from you. I have just started using ur site and if this is the response i get in the first two purchases......I am not sure i will continue using ur site or even recommending it to others. I am sure many other customers are facing similar issues .Request look into it FOR YOUR OWN sake. I getting the gift is secondary. Regards. bipiniaf

When click on Gift Promo its ask for login when i am enter my user id and password some error is coming with continue button and after that normal login page will come which redirect to my ebay account page.

I am stuck at this position.

Please do the needful.

Lol. Its funny how you blame ebay for it!
The offer T&C's clearly said that you need to enter the coupon code in order to accumulate numerous purchases to get a higher valued gift.
What is it that you fail to understand ?
That's the basic rule over whole of internet.
READ before you assume things.
