One of our buyer has left a negative feedback saying not up to expectation. After we spoke to him the buyer has left a follow up comments "GOOD SELLER"

We forwarded the same to customer support asking them to remove the negative feedback as the buyer has responded with positive comments.

However the customer support representative Sreelakshmi refused to remove the negative. We have appealed twice and twice the appeal was refused. PLEASE HELP

Dear Subbhash,

I do understand your disappointment. Customer support executive refused to remove the feedback on basis of positive comment as it was not clear that buyer wish to remove it. Do you have a confirmation mail from the buyer - through eBay messaging system- stating that he wish to remove the feedback he left? If so, kindly forward it to our Trust and Safety team, we will remove the feedback. Or your buyer can write a mail on inrswebhelp@ebay.com and request to remove the feedback he left. Alternatively, you can send feedback revision request to the buyer.

This "Give Feedback" is a fraudulent assurance by e-Bay India. One seller from great Britain passed a comment upon me saying "Jhandu Balm".
I posted a negative feedback in response.
Within half an hour, I got mail from his end "Negative Feedback removed, ha ha ha."
Sellers are free to misbehave, insult, practice fraudulent ways. Everything is O.K. from our e-Bay Country Head. After all they are giving him money what we buyers are not giving.
And if we say anything in return, " Account put on hold for Identity Verification" will take place.
Since 6 months I am paying through the PaisaPay and Pay Pal by my Dena Bank Debit Card. Now they are asking me the Bank Account scan copy.
They are asking me the Driving License.
Although I have send them whatever they were asking for but is it a sane issue to ask the same account reference by which since last 6 months payment was going.
See their mental ability.
These are only ways to harass somebody which they might have learned from the CBI.
