I purchased Nokia bh 503 headphone on 23rd Dec 2013 .The same was delievered to me on 27th Dec 2013 through paisapay ID 35279493768. I found that the head phone was not charging and informed the seller that either the charging pin or the head phone socket is not working. The seller was kind enough to send another charger but the problem still remained the same. I informred the seller about this and he advised me to send the item back for inspection and replacement. On 1st of Jan 2014 , I sent the item back to the seller through DTDC. The seller confirmed the reciept of item through email to me and I forwarded the same mail to ebay also as a proof for reshipment on 6 th of Jan 2014. Again on 9th Jan 2014, I mailed the delivery status report from DTDC to ebay but Today I was shocked to finda mail fron ebay that as I failed to supply the proof of reshipment hence my claim is rejected.
following this , I contacted the seller and he told me that the refund will be given by ebay and he confimed that he has told ebay team that Item has been recieved back.
This item has 30 days gauranty and still ebay is not refunding my money
