I purchased a product in April last year whose details are

I have contacted the seller many times but it seems that it is not in a condition to attend my call and solve my problem. The product has not working for last 6 months but one year warranty was provided by the seller while I was buying the product from eBay.
I have also emailed it from my eBay id, personal email address etc. several times.
Please solve my problem.
