Hi Ebay Team,
I will be forced to file a complaint against ebay in consumer court if the product will not returned as per 30 days ebay guarranty. I received low quality product for which my ebay claim is rejected. You do not have the right to cancel my return without having the conversation from me. It was written that 100% authenticated product of Yonex. It is a duplicate copy and as a player I can easily identify the difference of genuine and local product of yonex. I will not be paying Rs 248 for the local grip which actually costs Rs 40.
This is not tolerable at all. Fake sellers are listed on your website and making fool to your customer and you are blindly supporting them. A voice against fake sellers and fake products will reach to everyone very soon and may your website also can be listed as a fake website.
Last warning refund my amount otherwise I will not be responsible for brand damage. Why any of your seller is not providing tax invoice.
