Hello,i have purchased a power bank on 22 nov 2015,and i got it delivered on 30 nov 2015. But the item i have purchased is not working,so i called eBay costumer care for many times, every time they used to say i hav to wait for 48hrs ,sometimes 72 hrs,sometimes 5-10 days.. i have waited for a very long time as they suggested,but i dint receive any calls any responses,i also mailed them regarding the issue,but same thing continued,still am not getting any proper response,still they tell me to wait for 10 days.. over a month has past i have been waiting... i think this is not fair,i have lost my patience in waiting because i have lost my money by purchasing a not working product from eBay. And they are not ready to solve my problem also.
