This is to bring to your notice that I was my refund request (Claim id:3020782)was rejected even though I submitted all the necessary details and images to prove that I recieved a damaged product. I requested for a refund on 4th July. I was asked to upload the details and images of the damaged item. I did that. The product was externally damaged and also technically. I provided all the details to the seller and also mailed ebay at inseller verification. I uploaded the images through my ebay account and also mailed it to inseller verification. I was asked to upload the images several times. I did that and finally got the mail saying that I failed to provide necesary details. I am attaching the images of the damaged product along with this email and also the proof that I have provided them with enough images and details. Please check them. I dont wish to shop with ebay again. The product I recieved was used, damaged externally and technically. Please do the necessary to retun my money.
