This is to bring to your kind notice about the paisapay transaction ID 26365682737. To begin with, I would give the complete scenario in actuals to the best of my knowledge and honesty.
I won an item 260561946655 on 03 Mar, 201022:03:14 IST and made the payment for the item on 03 March '10, The seller shipped the product with in the stipulated time, I received the product at my place. I opened the box and found that the item does not meet the expectations and specifications set by the user, so I contact eBay regarding it through chat, I am informed by the customer representative to ship the item back to the seller, and then await until the item not received is highlighted to raise the refund request. I wait until the option is highlighted after shipping the product to the seller through India Speed Post. The seller sends me a SMS and confirms the receipt of the item and offers other items on sale by him as an replacment, I inform the seller, that the other items do not meet my requirements, and request for a refund or replacement of the same item. Now the seller changes the stand and states through ebay that the parcel does not contain the item, but only has a register. The seller on other hand sends me SMS threatening me of dire consequences or loss of the money if I do not accept the replacements offered by him, I again contact eBay about the threatening messages I receive and I am provided with a email address to send in my concern, I patientely send the mail, wait for 3 days and then get a reply that they are working on the case and would be intimated pretty soon. This has been past 20 days since I have been ferried around the support to request a genuine refund for an item that I have shipped back as per the instructions given by a ebay representative. For your information, I have also sent you the copy of the shipment as requested by ebay customer support as a verdict. Do, you think, I will have to go through all this after making a payment for an item, with the belief on ebay and paisapay. I hope, I can hear from you at the earliest to resolve the issue and get my refund. I am taking and going through all this pain only to avoid contacting the local law enforcement agency. This is my hard earned money and I would not let any one go away with it easy.
