I am anirban from Kolkata,West Bengal,India.I purchased a laptop internal data DVD writer from Nova laptop of new Delhi through eBay on 22th February, 2016. First of all I say , that the seller sent me the wrong product though I emailed them with the images of my laptop DVD writer . it didn't fit into my laptop and i sent it back to them for replacement with my own cost! After 8days, they informed me that it would take 400 rupees more to get my product! I told them for refund as because I can get that product from local market at below of their price! On 12th March ,2016 evening, some Customer assisst named as moulik approved my refund claim and assured me that within 6-8 days I will get my reshipment cost along with my refund. But unfortunately till today I didn't get my transaction money back except the reshipment cost which was sent me as a eBay coupon!! I repeatedly called the eBay through customer services and every time they assured me with a service number saying that within 72 hours someone will call me and I will definitely get back my refund!! Still one and half months have been past, no feedback or update from them regarding my refund money!! I am really upset.can any body tell where should I go now?? I have all the conversations recorded in my phone and the documents of my transaction. Please somebody tell how could I get back my money?? I don't trust eBay anymore.
