My name Thangamani I bought sony xperiaz mobile its some majore issue while talking over heat also switch off or black screen appear, so I contact about issue they tell that we repair otherwise return the item ok I tell them, returned every thing fine,according ebay return policy all or done, I booked cash on delivery COD, they with in 25 days return mony through DD but whenever I talk customer care telling that next 10days return,samething repeated lost 4 months but they still ask me moredays need to checking ,ebay customer care making lie, fraud, they loose good customer, very very disappointed with them, pls help someone how yet back my money
