i am rama krishna, i ordered a washing machine with PaisaPay ID : 40807185030 on 22nd october 2015, but till date i didn't receive my product. it is even not yet shipped. i contacted your customer care executives, they are not giving me the exact information. i raised a claim against money refund with The claim id: 1394148.. but i didn't get any reply from your side. its almost 1 month passed. i did not get any clear cut information from you people. i didn't get my product nor my money back. i am worried about my money. why the customer service people simply bluffing us by telling some other reasons like will get a call in 24 to 72 hrs? i didn't get any call from you people? i am waiting for their response from long time. is this the way how you respond to a customer? i just wanted my money back immediately. i need a clear cut reply from your side. i don't want to hear your cock and bull storied any more. i have been listening to this since long. arrange the refund immediately.
