Hi,
I raised ebay claim of my paisapay ID 151888145520, on 17 Apr and the product was returned to seller on 2 May. I provided you courier receipt and courier delivery status.
After many followups and mails 10 days back i received a call that my refund will be approved in 2 days. Its been 10 days and nothing is processed.
2 days back i called customer care (waitied 15 minutes before someone answered my call) and customer care person confimred that with in 24 hours i will get my resolution, he made repeated promise and here is nothing.
Ebay says they will reply in 24 to 48 hours of mails and i sent them 3 to 4 times and no reply.
earlier you had call back option which is also removed from contact us option, now a customer has to wait good 15 to 20 minutes wait before someone answers his call.
Even the cusomer care is not responding well, one of agent once argued that i sent nothing to ebay as product image or courier recipt even i was looking on product support page and every this is there.
This type of one incident makes you to never use that service again.
If ebay reply to this board please process my refund ASAP.
