I order silver fingure ring, nose ring, and baby doll dress of total amount 991. During net banking transaction from axis bank transaction failed at last moment. But then also 991 amount has been deduct from my account. i contact axis bank for the same they said tha transaction has successfully done and thet give me transaction receipt no. and also they contact internally ebay.com for confirmation. ebay.com has confirm said amount to axis bank. now i want either order or refund. I am now vey iritate by ebay.com and guiding my fiend do not purchase any product from ebay.com your customer care support is vey poor no any response. people cant contact you there is no way. so i am writing in this foroum. pls do needfull.
