Ebay and PaisaPay team you dont care about your customers at all.
I had tried to buy a book on 13/01/2016 and my bank got debited 1590/- instantly but I got no confirmation. I contacted your team via chat which confirmed there was a technical glitch and the gateway rejected payment.
You asked me to send scanned bank statement which I did 3 times to paisapaydocs@ebay.com on 24th Jan, 11th Feb and 14th March.
If you are not bothered about giving refund to your customers dont waste our time asking for bank statements!
If any other customer has similar experiance please let me know where I can complain against ebay India?
