I am struggling to process my refund
I had purchase an item from an ebay and clain over it here claim id is 571189
Refrence id 1/31534255051
Every time when i call to ebay support, they pick after an hour on putting me on hold and every time respond me a unlogical reply
And specially their floor manager, even then he promised me that My claim adjuster respond me till 18:30hrs 23/07/14.but he didn't call me
even that till 8 days ago zaheer didn't call me a single time why????
-Is Zaheer is____??
-is Ebay is Fake company whose aim is to earn the money by spoil the customer??
and every time when i call to customer support they hold my phone for 1-2 hrs and didn't respond me back
so, I should try to raise my clain on Customer Support
Pls Respond me if yiou are not a fake
