I am really Disappointed.

Trying to call ebay on 1 800 209 3229 from 2days, but no one picking call. Is there any other number to call them?

I can see my refund is on hold. Can anyone from ebay please clarify same. Its really difficult to reach you guys and get any kind of clarification.

i raise a claim in ebay gaurantee for refund but statue is still showing in progress,i am trying to call ebay customer care from last 15 day but all channels are busy always,my product was damaged so i also contacted to seller whose nunber i found on courier bill.he was making me fool for 1 days and assured for refund but now he refused for refund. And he is saying that eaby didnt raise any claim for refund on him,i have done a big mistake to trust on ebay,and wasted my 3600 inr in this shopping,i want my refund asap,tried to mail and chat with e bay customer support but all in vain,now i request to ebay please refund my money

you need to have patience.
it may take a month or more some times.
you do not need try calling them, they will call you when time comes and refund your money back.
