I had called up your customer support on 12th May,2016 they got back to me on the 17th of May.They accepted my claim on 30th of May. And now its 20th of June but still no update on my refund.It's been 40 Days.I've been harrased like hell. Your customer service representatives can't even speak English properly.I've been a loyal customer in the past years but this incident has changed my whole perspective towards ebay.
What Should I do ? Kindly Revert back ASAP
