Refund Kept on Hold, Request Support ASAP

I am Srinivas from Bangalore. I have been for long a buyer from eBay and appreciate the service provide by eBay India.

However lately I see that the eBay India's customer care has become pathetic and not at all up to mark as per the customer expectations.

I would request your support in a refund from eBay India. I have ordered an item on 16th Dec 2014 out of which one was delivered and the other never reached me.

The seller agreed and sent emails to eBay to provide an refund by 26th Dec 2014, to till date I have received neither a refund nor any communication. I have sent emails and chatted with support, they say that the issue is escalated to the highest level but no support till date has been received.

I remember in the past, the customer care was very effective but now it is too bad. Request your kind concern on this and support me.
