If you file a refund claim for defective product and a phone call asking whether you'll accepot a e-bay coupon of 110% value of what you paid, DO NOT ACCEPT IT.. It never comes and refund claim also is closed.. Three reminders via Customer support remains un-responded. E-bay is NOT what it used to be. Consider shifting out of E-bay for the safety of your money.. WORTS EVER CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
