I have purchased Redmi note prime on 2nd august in eBay. Though it was mentioned refurbishedm, the item which i received was in very bad condition. The screen looks the phone was already used and some scratches on backside of the phone.
I decided to return the product and raised a claim thru eBay. Seller called next day, and i explained him the situation and asked for refund and he told me to check with eBay directly. After 4 days of claim period they called me on sunday which i didn't picked up the call. They send email and asking to provide the details with photos. I sent photos with details. 2 Days later they called and informed that the product is refurbished and cann't be returned. If you want anything more you directly ask supplier.
Then i myself convinced and decided to use the mobile. when i use the phone, the front camera is okay and back camera is not working fine.
Seller is not responding to my email. His mobile is not reachable.
