Redeem of valintine's day gift ???

Dear Sir/Madam
Please could you please let me know the answer for delay in sending the Valintines day gift as advertised by ebay, according to the advertisement purchase worth more than 10,000 will be entitled to have the mentioned gift as i purchased the item and also recieved the item only but not the gift!! it was very surpricing for..how long should i wait for this..it makes me to loose cnfidence which is very important in any online purchasing..please give me the feedback as soon as possiable.thanks for understanding.

Same story repeats itself in every promotion of ebaY.

Gifts do not reach the buyer for days or months all together creating a huge sense despair.

Any gift should reach within max 7 days after the promotion has ended.
