Received the Unfair negative feedback because of buyer confusion.

Hi,

One of my buyer has purchased a Kingston 4GB Pendrive and we have delivered exactly what was shown in the product description.

But left me a negative with the comment "item displayed is different from one displayed? why this cheating?"

I soon called him, and he was happy to say that he has received the correct product and was mistakenly given the feedback.

Now, he leaves a Follow-up: "the seller contacted. the negative feedback may be withdrawn from the site. "

All my hard works gone to vain.

The buyer has sent me a mail stating:

negative feedback was left by mistake for the Item no. 280258596502

am satisfied with the product.

please remove the negative feedback from the site for the seller

Because of his 1 min mistake from the buyer, why should I suffer for the same? ---------------

Dear pc_gaming_store,
I am completely agree with you!
eBay is making seller's life miserable!

The things which you mentioned would surely help the sellers but unfortunately eBay only think about buyers.

I too know that all sellers are in same boat but at least we should put our comments,So that eBay can know that we are not happy and comfortable with the new changes.

Dear Ebayer,

We are a 100% genuine seller having our jewellery show-room since 25 years.

On 10th July, a sale was completed.
Buyer User ID: vinod151
We despatched Goods on 17th July.
Buyer confirmed the receipt on 2nd August.
Suddenly whimsically on 1st September he gave Negative
with highly derogatory remarks to our reputation as:
" THE SELLER HAS TRIED HIS BEST TO CHEAT THE CUSTOMER"

For information of any reader of this column,
I am giving address of the buyer and please contact him just to know where is our fault.

We contacted Ebay but as expected, they just gave cut paste reply. We are a reputed seller of our City and for Ebay we cannot allow our reputation to be ruined. The system of Feedback is 100% Buyer Bias and arbitrary.
There is no justification in giving instruction to Buyer,

" Buyer can leave feedback without fear......"

as if sellers are only thieves and buyers are God. This only policy has increased the fake buyers in Ebay.
7 out of 10 bidders are bogus because they do not have fear of anything.

We have started thinking, it is the wastage of time to develop profile by doing all ggod acts in Ebay. The fly by night sellers who cheats buyer by many means should be there. For genuine sellers like us, it is not the place. We can not digest these type of Feedbacks when we see daily our feedback, we had to start with Bad Morning.

If anything is not done seriously, good sellers will not be there. I strogly apeal to Ebay community to think over it. In Ebay India the policies cannot be like Ebay.com as buyers are not at all serious.

May God give Ebay a sensible approach.
