Now, I also started to get the pain. I received the Negative from a buyer stating that "i didn't get material till now." from mummuluri_8242.
The buyer didn't even contacted me before leaving the feedback and also the product has been delivered to his office according to the DTDC.
What should I do now with the first negative which cannot be removed? ---------------

I agree that Negative feedback should be given to the sellers if they is no communication or unfair deals.
I was thinking 100 times to leave a negative for non-paying buyers and have left neutral or even positive before.
If the seller doesn't ship the product / enter the shipping details within 7 days of order placed at PaisaPay, then the refund will be approved from PaisaPay's end. I think this is the issue you are facing.
Now its PaisaPay you need to contact for the refunds (if approved) as they are making the delay and not the sellers.
Just mail them twice and give some time to sellers if any issues are occurred. If the seller responds in positive way and resolves the issue, then there is no question of leaving negative.
Recently I received one negative feedback from a user deepml_123, This is my first negative I received in past 4 years which cannot be withdrawn.
After leaving the negative, the buyer mailed me:
Hi,
This is to bring to your kind notice that the Negative Feedback was given by mistake by me and hence I need to withdraw the same. Please do the needful for the same.
Sorry for the trouble,
Deep Mandal
But now, the feedback cannot get withdraw though once Indraneel told over email that "Neutrals’ & ‘Negatives’ that are mistakenly left by the buyers and if they email the sellers that they want to withdraw will be removed."
T & S team is saying, it doesn't meet the requirements for removal as outlined in their feedback removal policy.
So when ever a dispute or issues occur, its better to communicate well before leaving any feedback. This will make the transactions more smooth.
I hope that your future deals doesn't have any dispute. Happy eBaying. ---------------

I've been with ebay now for about 2 years, just a buyer. came back after sometime now to see ebay all changed. Anyway's, I'm more than amazed as a buyer to read all these points put forth where sellers are accused of manipulating the buyers by leaving negative feedback.
I'd like to share an incident with you, just purchased a diamond and the seller did not respond to over 6-7 emails sent just to query about shipment details after i immediately paid for the items. I gave the seller 5days additional after receiving the item to respond back, then finally i left negative feedback for the seller, that's when he calls me up unceasingly day and night claiming that he never received any of my emails. asking me to follow up on the feedback left. Where on earth is humanity here?
I solely agree that we are still yet to progress out of our urban market trend of hawkers and streets buzzing with flies amidst the untold human activity, least a seller expects is a seller to respond especially when the payment is made impromptu.
Would request some comments on this one please!
Regards,
Chris

On reading the recent posts below I'd like to summarize the following:
- shivamemory (Joge) - I just saw your feedback percentage and its back to 99.4% as the neutrals are no longer being included in the Feedback percentage. You also asked when will eBay stop counting Neutrals as Negatives and look its already done ;-).
- nnb44 & chrisabhnani - Welcome to our community boards and thank you for taking out time to make your presendce felt on eBay India's community boards. We also thank you for providing a worthy debate with your valid point of views and we appreciate your particpation in such healthy discussions on our forums.
- snrama - I'm aware that your escalation was turned down by the team basis some reviews however I'd like to also highlight that such escalations depend on the kind of DSRs that were left by the buyer as well. Having said that, I totally understand that it was an unfortunate feedback for you and totally empathise with you. Where we were able to address to many such escalations basis valid reasons some escalations dont give us outcomes that we expect. I hope you agree with us on this.
Keep Posting!!!

Indraneel

I Want to Ask One Question.
As Per Ebay Policy Only The customer Who Paid For a Product Able to Leave -Tive FEEDBACK.
NON Payment Buyer NOT ABLE TO LEAVE THE -TIVE FEEDBACK.
But Once Buyer Make payment through Paisapay.
Because of Certain Reason It Get REFUNDED TO BUYER
For Example ...
Seller Fail to ship the Product within time limit of 7 Days.
Or
After Using for 6-7 Days Buyer Realise That Product is Not Upto Mark - According to buyer - Not According to Seller.
And Still Seller Get Ready to refund the amount. - Amount refunded after 10 Days of Shippment.
NOW MY QUESTION IS - WHY BUYER ABLE TO LEAVE -TIVE FEEDBACK. ?????
Thank you
