Hello eBay I had purchase Asus Eee book x205ta from eBay but I received different colour product as shown in the eBay site pics, than I raised the claim(claim I'd 1334767) to change my product with exact colour but seller call me and assured me that we compensate you with Rs 500 and you stick with same colour after that I tried to upgrade my laptop to win 8.1 to win 10 but I am unable to upgrade than I contact customer support eBay to solve my problem than they advice me to call Asus service support than I contact Asus service support regarding this issue they told me contact seller,after I contacted seller he advice me to visit eBay,than I talk to senior supervisor Mr.Vikas regarding this issue they are very rudely and clearly refused to help regarding this issue and told me again contact service centre.so I request you to please help me regarding this issue and upgrade my Eeebook to windows 10 or refund money.
