If I stock my items with my girl friend in Miami and show item location as US,it is just okay.

And you write ITEM LOCATION as
MIAMI , FL , USA
it is perfectly okay

But if you write KOLKATA , WB , USA
Don't you think its not okay and a cause for confusion ????

i wish your negatives do get removed
And since you've given ebay an ultimatum that if they do not remove the negative , you will quit ebay
so i hope the negatives will eventually get removed

but still i would not buy the arguement that the item location was not misrepresented
and i would also assume that buyer was being overcharged shipping which has caused heartburn
