I write this with regret, and lost trust in ebay.
Please suggest some way to file case aganist them. They looks like work with seller and try to cheat buyer, Ebay gaurantee is name sake and only for advetisement, They do not have any time frame to solve issue, Even its there only in sites, Never follow that. Below the cheating works
I have purchased item on 20 May, 2017
Since seller do not sent the item in time I raised claim(Claim ID : 2948875) in 03 Jun 2017, Also posted the feed back saying seller do not ship the item, dont waste time.
Now the ebay and selller exicute the plan, Seller updated shipment details which is fake, Ebay request you to wait till item receive, Later some days seller messaged me one traking number, and after one month i recived the item in brocken condition. Then Ebay ask me to ship back the item and they change the claim process to Item not as described on 24 Jun 2017, I have shipped the item back to seller and he recived it long ago.. When ever I try to contact ebay customer care, They say claim in progress plz wait, They just give you generic answeres, As per Ebay policy, claim must be resolved in 20 days max, My case its more than a month, They dont have any shame to tell me We have esclated your issue, will be solve in 24 to 48hr, and this happen every time i contact them,
Any one know how can I teach them a lesson, They must know the value of customers time and money,
By the way the seller is pruthwirajbehera, A best lier, he says the item shiped one week back, same time he wont give you tracking details,
People plz keep away this frauds in your purchase, I am writing this on 1st June, Still claim is in process, and in process..
