I have seen few complaints in this forum against i2cworld_1nc3 (6392).
Hard to understand this seller? Since you have paid through paisapay, hope eBAY should refund your money subject to seller has not submitted the shipment to eBAY. I am also using paisapay, in 3 three cases eBAY refunded me on non-shipment of item within time alloted to seller for shipment on paisapay system. This is automate process.
You mentioned,20/08/2010 was the payment date. As per rule, refund proces should be activated on 29/08/2010 by eBAY itself. Normally refund cycle comletes within 15 days after refund activation, what i seen in my case.
Wait, when eBAY will take action in seller's account? In my case eBAY had taken action against the seller, was in default. But I have wasted lots of time with eBAY for their action against the seller. I was upset from seller's behaviour, threfore I had only one point with eBAY, TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST THE SELLER FOR VIOLATIONs OF CONTRACT. Ultimately, doen and statisfied.
I suggest get your refund, rest leave upto eBAY admin and save your time.
I am sure, seniors will sugget you better ......
