Hi eBay,
I am yet to get the Rakhi promotion gift (Spice QT-44 Mobile) even after complaining multiple times with eBay customer care through phone and by email.

Here is the last response I received through mail. After that I have called up multiple times to customer care. No response at all other than promises that I will receive it this week / next week. Please sort this out asap or that else that Phone model will really go out of date. It's going to be half an year old.
