Rakhi promotion gift not received even after 5 months...

Hi eBay,

I am yet to get the Rakhi promotion gift (Spice QT-44 Mobile) even after complaining multiple times with eBay customer care through phone and by email.

Here is the last response I received through mail. After that I have called up multiple times to customer care. No response at all other than promises that I will receive it this week / next week. Please sort this out asap or that else that Phone model will really go out of date. It's going to be half an year old.

An update to this thread, I spoke to a customer care executive and he said one Samuel Gajari is the executive who was working on my case.

I had called up the customer care on 25 Jan 2012 and he said the concerned executive who was tracking my case will give me a call later as he was on leave that day.

I am yet to receive the call or a reply from eBay!

Last week, since there was no feedback from the community forums called up eBay customer service. Waited on the call for 17 minutes to speak to someone. They assured that since they cannot ship that promo gift, they will issue a gift coupon of same value.

I thought atlast some solution after 5 months, but I am yet to receive the same. The customer service guy said I will receive it last week. eBay are you listening?

Absolutely bad customer service, they have not even bothered to reply to this Feedback even after this went online about 3 weeks back.
