I purchased the below item from Ebay on 8-7-2016.
Apple IPAD Mini 7.8" NoteBook Book Stand Cover Case Pouch... for Rs.490.00
The amount was paid through IOB bank DEBIT card.
But the product which i received was completely different from the one which i ordered.
So i raised a Ebay Claim for the same and it got processed on 17th july saying that refund will be sent to original mode of payment within 7-10 working days.
But still i didnot receive any such refund to my bank account.
Regarding this issue i contacted customer support and they told me to send latest bank statement to paisapaydocs email id, i sent almost 3 times, but asusal there is no reponse from your customer support team.
Its more than half a month since my claim got processed, still no response, i contacted bank with refund ref no given by your cusomter care guys, they said no such amount has been received in bank side
Apart from this more than 8 times i contacted customer support but every time their response is just "wait for 24 hours", as of now 10 days got over.
So i would like you to pitch in into this issue and resolve it ASAP.
