I'm disappointed with services given to me since it's very first time that I'd purchased anything to you.
I want to inform you that I'd ordered Intex Glory Cloud mobile on 31/10/2016 but during shipment your merchant had not given my delivery address to courier company also no update taken from any one although I'd called many times during it.
So After 10 days, I'd raised claim on 10/11/2016 with claim id: 2479578 because I'm terribly disappointed with your resolutions. But same manner of response given from yours after claim raised and 10 days gone after claim but no satisfactory reply given.
Now I want to ask you that whether It was my mistake done to buy with you ? Also I'd paid you on 31/10/2016 and you are using my money ?
Hope you will understand my concern and provide any satisfactory reply which is at waited.
