I observed that now a days some seller selling inferior quality product on ebay. ebay should taking care of this, few days back I have a bad experience on that. I had a purchased a tv remote from ebay, one seller send me a remote its looks like same with samsung tv remote but not in working condition. Even the company name of that product also not mention over there, while I reported to seller on that he had denied to resend the product.
