Ebay is unable to stop the frauds operating thru them. So they can atleast provide a link to directly lodge complain to the various appropriate cyber crime prevention departments of India. If its technically not feasible in present scenario then ebay can just put in some format for filing complain and even manually forward those to the respective Cyber Crime Prevention Departments, for the time being. \
This would help to appease the cheated members that ebay is really trying to prevent frauds. Hope atleast some of such problems would attract stern treatment from the Cyber Crime Prevention Dept. Also with such flooding of complains, ultimately the Govt. MAY take some steps to have a better and more efficient Cyber Crime Prevention Division.
