If you bought the Jeans thinking it was Original Diesel I must say it was not wise on your part. Seller has carefully not mentioned anywhere that his item is genuine Diesel.
This also not only shows utter high handedness on Part of eBay where
we Linus Studios ( with over 600 Positive feedbacks in less than a year selling designer branded items) are not being allowed to list Original Branded items since last couple of days. Wherein these sellers are making merry selling fake products just ducking Behind some silly policy.
We have and will always value our customers in the time we are on eBay doing our business. We Never tried selling even a single duplicate or unauthentic Product. We have also got tremendous response from our buyers which further proves the point.
I would appeal eBay to please see that they take care that similar cases like one mentioned in this thread are not repeated. I do understand that it is not possible for eBay people to figure out genuineness seeing a photograph, but they can take help from experienced professionals in a particular category. Written rules are no good taming such cases where people constantly are outsmarting the system.
