I had made a purchase of a blackberry case( Item 180510630096) in May end and paid with paisapay. Twice the seller sent a defective product and I had to return it at my cost. Finally the seller said he had refunded my money. Till now it has not appeared in my bank account.
Twice the same was taken up with "Security and Resolution Centre". All it does is to send you an automated reply saying they will take "several days" to get back to you. It is more than 1 1/2 months now since the first complaint was made. Today I have made a third complaint.Complaint is registered as KMM32178155V42770L0KM.
Who is the worse offender - the seller or the unresponsive ebay "Resolution" team?
