Product order not success but amount debited from bank account.

I hav ordered for a product("close up" paste). but the amount is debited and the product is not successfully ordered.. somebody pls help..

The msg is displayed as following.

i also faced that problem yesterday,my money debit from my credit card but i did not get any confirmation message from ebay. i got this message only


"your Paisa pay on line transaction cannot be completed.Please select a different payment type".

I placed a order today for 15000. But my order was not placed and my money debited from bank. I contact ebay they said me to wait for 72 Hours so im waiting...can i get my refund for sure?
