Product not delivered in the box

We have recently ordered a NOKIA 2700 through ebay website. To our surprise, the cell phone box was delivered with only charger in it and phone missing..:-(

Now no one is ready to take the ownership of that neither the person who had sent the courier nor the courier (First Flight) company.

Please advise how to get our money back or the product.

This issue is a common one if sellers use couriers like FirstFlight, DTDC, etc..

Ask your seller to resolve this issue with First Flight. ---------------

I had once ordered goods from ebay and that got delivered to a wrong address. Surprisingly neither EBay nor the seller took any action on this since the courier company had a receipt signature without verifying whose signature that was. I had put up very negative feedback on consumer forums upon EBay. It is EBay's resposibility to hold the seller for correct delivery and it is not the customer's responsibility to follow up with courier companies.

I agree with snrama. First Flight is actually the worst of the lot. It actually has a policy that you can't open the package in front of delivery person. Wonder why!? -- Signature: I am Jack's complete lack of surprise.
