Product not delivered but to collect.

Product sent through Express parcel of India post, not delivered to door step but had to collect from post office which is 2km away,convience 100/-.So it is requested not to send through India post.

For 2km you have paid Rs. 100 why? Till date I never heard that Speed post guys takes any charges for collection.

i am not receiving the product till now.. and i am not get the refund too... this incident made my mind very dipressed... so please refund my money or resend the product as soon as possible...
