Problems in shipping costs!

Dear eBay team,

I am facing few problems in shipping costs. Like a local buyer pays for Flat Rate Courier instead of Local Delivery charges. And non-local are paying Local Shipping Charges instead of National Chargers.

Kindly fix the problem asap. ---------------

Hi Navneeth,
I solved that. I made both the charges same in my new listings. No problem at all. My shop is empty and all items have to be relisted. I dont like turbo lister. The pix are smaller and for buyers it is boring. I like to work slow but perfectly. For me no problem.
