There is some system problem with home page feature upgrade. Many of my item, on which I have done the home page feature and have been charged the applicable fees are not featuring in the list of featured items on home page. I am sure that there is a problem as the items have too few views as compared to views commanded by the upgrade. For Eg. item no 200698569477 has got only 25 views in 12 days. Clearly there is a problem. this issue needs to be resolved ASAP otherwise the sellers will not have faith on the system and they will hesitate to spend so much on home page featured upgrade.I have already communicated the issue to Mr. Sreenath Nair of promotions team.
Fellow sellers, please check whether you are facing the same issue. The problem is not there with all the upgraded listings, but some of them.
