I had file a case in community court for neagtive feedback for item ID 110607317848. But buyer never bothered to even justify his action. However in simpler words buyer never responded back to the community court appeal.
later the case got forwarded to jurry and it was closed in buyer's favour.
This is really insane that buyer is not even bother to reply back to the appeal and still it gets closed in buyer's favour. It should be sensible desicion. Our legal system also closed in favour if the opposite party fails to responded to the appeal.
I was shocked when I got reply from ebay. It seems that the person who replied just did a copy paste and did not even bother.
Now my concern is if the buyer is non responsive to seller in all modes of communication and if this kind of blunders happens a community court on which ebay will say that we cannot do anything. What else a seller has option to resolve the issue.
Does any one has any better option rather than asking to resolve it with buyer mutually.Specially when buyer is not atlot responsive.
