We could not list any item to sell on our ebay account as there is a technical error / bug in their system which they themselves agreed. Reported it almost two weeks back. No response, we we call, every time different person picks and we tell the whole story. Every time we are told, they will get back in 10 mins. NO response after that.
It really sucks. I'm not sure how they track customer support requests.
It's really frustrating.
