The refund processing time takes within 3 to 4 working days post approval and in case of Nationalised bank it would take 12-15 working days for the refund amount to reflect in your bank account.
If the seller doesn't enter the shipping details within 5 days of payment confirmation (10 days for international shipments), PaisaPay may decide to refund the money to you. If the refund claim has to do with not receiving an item, PaisaPay investigates the case with the seller, requesting proof of delivery (POD).
This may take a few days longer, so PaisaPay will put the refund on hold during this process. PaisaPay will send you updates during the process so you know the status of your refund claim.
