Seller protection in powership  - Seller protection is 100% for Lost In transit. its total fake

I never got refunded for two wrong delivery made under powership

to day u just checked my past transactions and found that almost 70% of shipment send with blue dart are in wrong weight

now what im thinking is to put weight tag on my parcel my self to that they can't put wrong weight

Due to bad finacial grow first of all business is very slow, then again in increase in shipping cost will force to the seller to ibcrease the price. Then again the low business.

 

When ebay powership shipping cost increases we are having every right to increase shipping cost. But buyer will give Low details seller rating for shipping charges. Ebay should remove that rating section for shipping cost for powership enabled sellers.

 

I am agreeing with new changes. Really un-fair

"DEAR" Powership UNprofessionals,

 

After a long and painful ordeal of getting my Powership activated (I would like to thank this *** guy for putting me through over two weeks of misery), I have 7 (out of 9) orders that have NOT been picked up by your "PREFERRED" logistics provider.

 

I have marked multiple mails to inlogistics, I have spoken to the duds in your customer "support" team on chat and even wasted 2-3 hours a day waiting for one of those from powership to answer my calls. They always "forward my query" and "escalate my problem" to the "concerned person", the details of whom are never given out, but NOTHING happens.

 

I have included any details that you might require in order to address my query below. If this continues, I will seriously have to consider going to consumer court or something. It is preposterous and down right bloody annoying. Your powership are costing me customers and I am not eligible for the fast ship discount because of no fault of my own. What the hell is wrong with you morons?!

Getting Packaging material is also tough, requested packaging material since 25th November and till date not recieved the same and no satisfactory response by powership team, submitted the request by email and phone call, but in every followup I recieved same answer "we are sending it on priority" not sure what kind of priorty powership team has, I found powership team of ebay very irresponsible and nontrusted, eBay should improve it, else buyers will turn away to other ecommerce site

That entire team is hopeless. They should decommision the whole thing. Otherwise I think it is high time all us sellers got together and petitioned to the consumer forum or something. It's high time something was done and I honestly think that till these idiots face drastic consequences, nothing will happen.

How i will get 75% fast ship rate

many time ready to ship parcel remain unpicked or some time picked parcel stay with bluedart office they never ship on

Aramex (worst) courier services..!! then also pick items where they dont have any service

then never returns item back to seller and buyer gets his refund in few mins

and ebay.in has given open hand to then no one listen no solution

yes blue dart have weight issue almost my all items weight around 10gms to 100 gms but many time blue dart charges for 1000gsm to 2000gms then every time need to mail ebay to correct them at end if you mail for correting 10 items then rufunds for 8 items. by doing this they makes extra bux for tea and coffee.
