Can I know to whom we should escalate the issues od DTDC or DOZOT as Powership team's mail (inlogistics@ebay.com) is un responded, Mr. Vijay is not responding who will take care for this?

Hello Powership Team,

I am writing this mail to inform you that I am not satisfied with your any logistic partners. Followings are the reason for my
dissatisfaction

Fedex: They never updated the AWB no online and each time refund initiate  and we have to contact ebay or to update through Powership customer care. It is very time consuming and hectic process. Even they have lost my product and not refunded my money yet for Paisapay Id 34557006762 . This problem I am facing with fedex from Day1 to till date. Even you can see my record for detail.

DTDC/DOTZOT: They do pickup but not update the AWB no online on time and even take more time for shipment.  Moreover, most of the time they crossed the delivery deadline for e.g Paisa pay ID 34896868418. Previously they have taken around one month to deliver the product.

Aramex: Problem same as DTDC/DOTZOT

Bluedart: They do shipment timely and update AWB no also online but they charge more. They  consider all product wt 10 gm to 500 gm as 500 gm. I sold  lingeries which are mostly having wt less than 200 gm or some times less than 100 gm but they update all product as 500 gm and charged accordingly. Some product I have dispatched which will be having the weight less than 1.5 Kg but they have shown as 3000 gm and charged more according. Due to that I am fail to make any reasonable
profit with ebay.

I am very frustrated due to all above problem and it vest my 2-3  hrs everyday to resolve the issues. This email i have wrritten may times to powership not received any reply yet.

I request you to resolve my all issues as soon as possible or I will take another alternate instead of Powership for logistic.

Am seller & i have a small query:

 

My product weight is 3 kg. So how much i will be charged under new powershipper ?

 

 

currently am using my own courier, that why i wanna compare.

Thanks for sharing your concern.

PowerShip is a intermediated shipping solution and not a Logistics Service Providers. In the last 18 months, since the launch, we have not made any revisions to Shipping fees charged under PowerShip even though there were revisions to pricing to eBay.

Over the past 6 months LSPs have modified their rates due to increased fuel surcharge and inflation. We now have to modify the PowerShip freight charges to accommodate the increased charges by LSPs.

FastShip is a great initiative and has helped our sellers see value in shipping items faster. It results both, high satisfaction among buyers and increased business for our sellers through repeat purchase. The new FastShip logic will help align the shipping performance for all items across ASP (Avg Selling price).

Seller protection - Seller protection is 100% for Lost In transit. For damaged in transit cases, it will be 100% for sellers who have provided great experience to buyers proven through their seller standard and DSR rating. For other sellers, we will protect as per the claim from the Logistics Service Providers.

Regarding Shipping fees - As you would know, Shipping fees charged by most of the Logistics Service Providers differ basis the value of the product / shipments. Shipments below a certain threshold are called non eCommerce and others are eCommerce packages. The shipping fees is extremely different for the two segments. Hence it makes sense to charge fees basis value of the product.

Hi,

 

If you are thinking to activate powership, it would be the biggest mistake, as i am facing the same,, 

Firstly powership is not prompt in charging its fees, powership chages 5000grams for a 500grams product, 15-20 kgs for 2-3 kg product.

I m struggling from past 4 months to remove powership from my account but have not receveived any revert from the logistics team till date. because of which my seller account is below standard frequently as i am not able to ship products under loss
