it is indeed surprising that changes have been made before Jan 31st 2014, which has been stated on the powership rate card page.

eBay sure hasn't kept its word clearly here

It is not understandable why standard seller and below standard sellers are not covered for loss of product amout. Moreover it is purely biased that when other sites are offering 5% commission including logistics charges its quite difficult to adjust with ebay now. We can slowly moves to other selling sites which extremely giving good protection for seller. Here no seller protection.

Pls move to other sites.

I am having constant issue with Fedex. They take my each shipment in 500 gram slab even if shipment weight is 100 grams. According to them they don't have slab below 500 grams. I reported this issue to logistics team to many time, but issued not resolved.

I want to file LSP for two items in powership

also quating wrong weight

If the Seller Id is Below Standard and dsr ratings are low then you will not cover the seller under seller protection for Intransit Damage or Lost.

Then Seller has to **bleep** these Loses.Hw they will do business with ebay
