It has come to my notice that one person is posting misleading directives about stamps and coins.
Antiquities and Art Treasures Act clearly given blanket exemption about coins.
Used postal materials and obsolete postal materials such as used stamps on envelope or otherwise,postcards etc are of no commercial value.Collectors can trade on such items.Philatelic Bureau attached to all big post offices encourages such practice in National Interest.
I request all members to be careful about certain persons.

National Archives Act gives a minimum grant of Rs.2 lakhs annually to registered persons. They are also allowed to recover cost by publication and part selling. So, the scenario is not very gloomy.
