I purchased a product with guarantee on the face value of EBay but once the product is not working no replacement from Ebay.. It's very pathetic service from Ebay.the user is not allowed to give negative feedback on the seller with in guarantee period.. So seller will misuse the website and sell fake products and cheat the public

Can you please explain what you mean by "the user is not allowed to give negative feedback on the seller with in guarantee period."

For example I have purchased the product on 18th May with six month guarantee and the product is not working from third month. Now the seller is not providing any replacement or refund. The user is not having facility to provide feedback on the seller now.
