Please verify Sellers before they can sell on Ebay

This is my humble request to eBay.

Please verify all sellers before they enlist to sell on eBay,You have to get to know what their business is and what are their business practices. Measure their size of business and their business records. I recommend sending people from eBay to sellers place directly before registering them. Also get their ID Proofs like DL/Passport/Voter Card etc.

Currently i am duped by a fraud seller and have a claim against him. I am not confident whether i would get my money back. Have to wait and see.

I can reveal his name here publicly here but i will do it only if i don't get my money back.

Practically not possible, but i suggest....like other platforms eBay should allow only registered companies and not individuals!

@sreelakshmitraders... I too like your idea but I have a feeling that small sellers may not survive if registered companies are allowed on eBay.
